Last year, Lewis grew an “interesting” bit of facial hair. In case you don’t remember what it looked like, I will refresh your memory:
It wasn’t a very good look, and he shaved it off after awhile (thank God).
However it seems that Lewis is once again toying with facial hair. It’s similar to what he tried in 2010… overall the face is clean but now there is a little subtle strip along his jawline now:
I’m not really sure what to think here. I still think that Lewis is “rebelling” against McLaren’s corporate image. I’m sure that growing a full beard would totally rock the boat at McLaren. But this sort of half-assed facial hair growing is a little annoying too. Perhaps I’m of the mindset “Go big or go home”…
What do the readers think? Maybe I’m out of touch on this one and it’s just so cool that I don’t get it?
Many people start the new year off with new resolutions. Perhaps to get more fit, more responsible, spend less, and other such things. Wait… why does this sound vaguely familiar?
Anyway… a new year, a new you. So cliche! But how does one go about creating a new self? An image change perhaps. Well in that case, I do believe Lewis Hamilton is getting 2011 to a good start.
I spied this photo on twitter (@TheFifthDriver):
Do you see it? No, not the car silly… who cares about the carbon fiber?
I’m talking about those huge diamond earrings! Perhaps they were a Christmas present from his doll? 😉
So tell me, which earrings do you prefer? The lower profile black studs from 2010 or the rocks of 2011? I happen to think these bling bling ones are a little much, but that’s just me~
When I saw this photo of the WDC contenders in Abu Dhabi, I could only picture their photos in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square. I’m not sure why I was reminded of Communist propaganda, but I was. Since I don’t have access to Photoshop currently, I did the following in MS Paint (tsk tsk…):
Whose photo would make a good replacement for good ol’ Mao Zedong? Perhaps Vettel, since he is the current WDC? Or maybe Alonso because team orders are for the good of the country? He also drives for a “red” team… LOL, just kidding.
